This revision is maintained against the return of the claim petition invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India from said return docket order is interlocutory in nature. This revision is disposed of by directing the Registry to return the original papers to the petitioners to resubmit before the Court below within one week from the date of return of papers, with a direction to the lower Court to hear at Bench to pass any order within 15 days of calling at Bench and number otherwise in order and on compliance with the objections rather than frequent returns by passing any order if not to number by rejecting on own merits.
