THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA WRIT PETITION No.33896 of 2015 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is a contractor who executed the work of laying roads assigned by the 2nd respondent/the Superintending Engineer, Panchayat Raj Circle, \ \ Khammam. The petitioner's grievance is that the authorities have not cleared the pending bills related to the work for the tsT to RF' road from Matkepally to Tirlapuram in Chinthakani Mandal' Khammam District.

This Court, on 04. 1 i .20 1 5 while admitting the writ petition' granted the following interim order in W'P'M'P'No'43670 of 2015: 'Pending disposal of the writ petition, as the petitioner claims that the amounts due are under admitted bills, there sha1l be a direction to the respondent authorities to verify and quantify the amounts due to the petitioner in terms of the works admittedty executed and such undisputed amounts, if any, shall be paid to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order'' 3.

Today at the hearing, Sri Aravind Kumar Kata, learned T counsel for the petitioner submits that the admitted bills have been paid by the respondent-authorities and therefore the writ petition maY be closed.
