D Vaishnavi, v. Government Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.31236 of 2012 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed by the minor student represented by her mother, who sought admission in B.E/B.Tech Course after attending EAMCET, 2012 Examination.
The main relief sought for by the petitioner is to consider her candidature based on the marks secured by her in XII Examinations conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education and she consequently challenges the condition stipulated in G.O.Ms.No.74, dated 28.07.2011.
Since no interim order was granted by this Court and in view of the passage of time, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ petition.
Though learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment and requested to post the matter after Summer Vacation 2016, in view of the nature of the relief sought in this Writ Petition, this Court is of the opinion that the matter has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to move this Court if any of her grievance still subsists. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
