Heard Mr.L.Vishnu Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner and of Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 3.
PERUSED THE RECORD

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is a direction to the Respondents to release the power supply to the Petitioner's building premises bearing Plot No.401, H.No.3-296, admeasuring 275 sq.yards, in Sy.No.BO, situated at Adithya Nagar Colony, Hafeezpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga' Reddy District, now Medchal-Malkajgiri District.

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have not processed the application of the petitioner seeking power supply vide acknowledgment dated 08.08.2023 to petitioner's building premises bearing Plot No' 401, H.No.3296, admeasuring 275 sq.yards, in Sy.No.80, situated at
Adithya Nagar Colony, Hafeezpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, now Medchal-Malkajgiri District and further that no orders have been passed on petitioner's application vide acknowledgment dated 08.08.2023, till as on date.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20936 of 2023. The same is not disputed by Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing on behalF of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 5, The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents'authority, on instructions, has stated that since the application for providing electricity connection, dated 08.08.2023 of the petitioner is pending with the respondents, the respondents would consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by

-) both the learned counsel on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2O936 of 2O23 dated O4.O8.2O23, the Writ I I Petitaon is disposed of at the admission stage directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider and process the application vide acknowledgment dated 08.O8.2O23 made by the petitioner for providing electricity connection to the petitioner's building premises bearing Plot No.4O1. H.No.3-296, admeasuring 275 sq.yards, in Sy.No.8O, situated at Adithya Nagar Colony, Hafeezpet Vi!!age, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, now Medchal-Malkajgiri District, in accordance to !aw, within a period of two(O2) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and pass appropriate orders, duly communicating the decision to the petitioner.

With these observations, the Writ petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
