THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 24943 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) on behalf of the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that though they have presented documents in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.14.44 cents, Acs.5.88 cents and Acs.9.34 cents in Survey Nos.34, and respectively situated at Parumanchala Village, Jupadu Bungalow Mandal, Kurnool District for registration, the 4th respondent Sub-Registrar, Nandikotkur has not received the same.

The learned Government Pleader is fair enough to submit that the 4th respondent will receive the documents submitted by the petitioners and if he is not inclined to register the said documents, he will pass an order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 (for short 'the Act') and communicate the same to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the 4th respondent is directed to receive the documents presented by the petitioners and consider the same for registration. In case, the 4th respondent is

not inclined to register the documents, he shall pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Act within four weeks from the date of submission of the documents and communicate the same to the petitioners.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with this order. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand disposed of.
