THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21791 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent-municipality.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, on the basis of the complaint made by the residents of the subject complex, second respondent herein initiated action by issuing notice to the third respondent and the third respondent also submitted his explanation. It is further submitted that further action would be taken in accordance with law.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to take action and to pass final orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
