This revision is filed by the petitioner, who is respondent No.1 in E.O.P. No.7 of 2019, being aggrieved by the order passed by the trial Court in I.A. No.214 of 2019 in E.O.P. No.7 of 2019 dated 24.09.2019.

Inspite of the matter being listed on 24.01.2020, 07.02.2020 and 28.02.2020, there was no representation and thus the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal. Even today also there is no representation, which shows that the petitioner/respondent No.1 is not interested in pursuing the revision petition filed.

Having regard to the above, the revision is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
