THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 22605 OF 2004 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 12-02-2004 in I.D.No. 194 of 2001 passed by Labour Court, the petitioner had reinstated the respondent-workman and after reinstatement, the respondent-workman left the organization under settlement offered by the petitioner.

This Court having considered the above said submission is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
