THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4599 OF 2009 ORDER:

The present writ petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue appropriate orders to the post of Health Worker (Female) in Guntur village, Bangarupalem Mandal, Chittoor District to the candidates selected by the fifth respondent pursuant to the Notification No.1 of 2008, dated 22.02.2008 issued by the third respondent. When this writ petition came up for hearing, initially this Court directed the impleadment of one Ms.Vani, who was appointed as Health Worker in Guntur Sub-Centre, Bangarupalem village, and no steps were taken by the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader submits that now the Scheme itself is revised and new guidelines are issued.

In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
