This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying compensation to the petitioner, in spite of utilization of the land of petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to her under law. Permission is granted.
