HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 279 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr.Taddi Nageswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, submits that the petitioner has not been selected on merit and some other physically handicapped student is given admission in M.D. (Radiology).
In view thereof and in view of the order, dated 29.04.2016, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to raise contentions, as raised in the present writ petition in appropriate proceedings, if the circumstances so demand.
Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
