Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ A1 to A3 and learned Public Prosecutor representing the State before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent in impugning Crime No.575 of 2017 of Pendurthy Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 r/ w 34 I.P.C. and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition and the contents of F.I.R., which is outcome of civil dispute. Having regard to the above, though there is nothing to interdict the investigation for the police to conduct, there shall be interim stay of arrest of the petitioners pending investigation. However, this order will not prevent the Police to secure the petitioners for the purpose of investigation as and when required. All the defences of the accused are left open.
