This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the docket order, dated 22.11.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.357 of 2016 in Crime No.238 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mannapet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to file fresh application under Section 451 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court for return of vehicle, in question, stating that the petitioner has already obtained station bail.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh application, in which event the Court below shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision case shall stand closed.
