THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION NO.21895 OF 2018 ORDER:

On 28.06.2018 at the request of respondents 3 and 4, the Writ Petition has been adjourned to today for getting instructions. The Assistant Government Pleader, places on record the written instructions sent by way of draft counter affidavit, which read thus:

"Without presenting any document, he filed the above writ petition against this respondent alleging that there is no specific prohibition against the subject property and that this respondent is acting against the provisions of the Registration act and this respondent has no authority to stop registration of the subject land, which is not correct. As stated supra, the petitioner has not presented any document before this respondent. If the petitioner presents any document before this respondent, this respondent will receive the document and process the same as per the Registration Act and Rules, 1908, Stamp Act, 1899 and as per the Departmental Standing Order 219(b)."

Mr. V.Subrahmanyam, counsel for the petitioner, requests the Court to dispose of the Writ Petition by placing on record the submission of Sub-Registrar, Registration & Stamps, Kankipadu Mandal, Krishna District, to receive and process the document as and when received.

The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
