Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that his representation dt.02.05.2016 seeking permission of the 1st respondent to withdraw his resignation, which was accepted by 2nd respondent on 31.10.2013 and seeking reinstatement into service, is pending consideration before the 1st respondent and that the 1st respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that 1st respondent will consider petitioner's representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
