THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P. No.21847 of 2018 O R D E R:

Counsel for petitioner has filed a letter dt.28.06.2018 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Writ Petition. This request is also reiterated in the Court and liberty is sought to file a fresh Writ Petition.

Granting liberty as sought for, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
