Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1, learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent No.2, Ms.Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3, and Sri Madishetty Ajay Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for KUDA, for respondent No.4. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the residential houses and shops of the petitioners situated at Old Beet Bazar, Chowrasta, Mahendra Street, Medariwada, Warangal, for the purpose of road widening, without following due process of law, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3, on instructions, has stated that the official respondents will follow the procedure contemplated under the law.

Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners, except in accordance with the procedure established under the law.
