Heard both sides.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 6 in interfering with the civil rights of the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the matter has been settled outside and hence no orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and hence the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
