THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21896 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Smt.K.Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fifth respondent, apart from perusing the material on record.

The alleged inaction, on the part of the eighth respondent in disposing of O.A.No.205 of 2011, preferred by the petitioner herein, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the petitioner herein filed the Original Application, under Section 87 (1) (h)) of the A.P.Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, seeking declaration that he belongs to the member of the founders' family as long back as in 2011 and, despite the fact that the pleadings are complete, the Tribunal is not disposing of the said O.A.No.205 of 2011 despite lapse of considerable length of time. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that, in view of the same, petitioner herein is sustaining irreparable loss and hardship.

This Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the eighth respondent herein to pass appropriate final orders on O.A.No.205 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
