THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the legal representatives of late Nandam Mohan Raja, who was the Proprietor of the judgment debtor, against the Sale Certificate No.1 of 2014, dt.7.2.2014, issued by the lower Court.

During the hearing, Mr. N.Vijay, learned counsel for the petitioners, brought to the notice of this Court that the Sale Certificate suffers from an inherent defect, namely, that the same was issued after the death of the Proprietor of the judgment debtor on 19.12.2013.

In the light of the above submission, the civil revision petition is disposed of without adjudication on merits with liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the lower Court for setting aside the Sale Certificate. As a sequel to disposal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P. No.2455 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
