This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.25.1.2016 in W.P. No.26045 of 2014.

At the hearing, Mr. P. Jagadish Chandra Prasad, learned counsel for the respondent, submitted and the same is admitted by Mr. P. Rajkumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, that the aforementioned order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent by granting permission for construction of the building.
