RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of 2nd and 3rd respondent and their subordinates in trying to demolish a portion of the Residential premises of the petitioner with D.No.25-15-1/A situated at GT Road, Guntur, in pursuance of the Roc.No.1909/2011/G4 dated 26.2.
2014 without following due process of law, notice or opportunity and under the colourable exercise of the power/extraneous considerations and as per their whims and fancies as arbitrary, illegal, against principles of natural justice, Contrary to roders in WP.no.36688 of 2013 dated 14.2.2014 contrary to the interim orders of this Hon`ble Court in WP.no.37048 of 2014 dated 19.12.
The petition coming on for hearing and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court
dated 07-01-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri B.SUDHAKHAR REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner, SRI K.PANDURANGA RAO, Standing Counsel for respondents 2 & 3, GP for Revenue for Respondent No.4 and of GP for Municipal Administration for Respondent Nos.1 & 5, the Court made the following:
