THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7148 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/A3 in Crime No.45 of 2022 on the file of Ganneruvaram Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 324, 323, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The case of prosecution is that on 16.07.2022 while the defacto complainant and others were cultivating their lands, it is alleged that this petitioner along with others trespassed into the said land and picked up a quarrel. Thereafter, Accused No.1 beat with an Axe on the head of the victim and Accused No.2 beat the victim with a stick causing injuries. The allegation against this petitioner is that she caught hold the hair of the victim and drown her a little bit into the water. Thereafter, when the neighbouring

persons rushed to rescue the victim, all the accused fled from the place.

As seen from the Remand report, the allegation against this petitioner is that she caught hold of the hair of the victim and pushed her in the water. The petitioner is a lady and is in jail since 22.07.2022. It appears to be a case of dispute regarding land. In the said circumstances, this petitioner can be granted the relief of bail subject to the following conditions: i) The petitioner/A3 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Karimnagar. ii) The petitioner/A3, after release shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer as and when required, for the purpose of investigation.

iii) The petitioner/A3 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
