HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 21887 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that against the impugned proceedings No.E1/ 1016/ 2016, dated 26.10.2017 issued by the 1st respondent - Deputy Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the appellate authority and the same is pending adjudication.
In view of the above submission, this writ petition is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, inasmuch as the petitioner has already filed an appeal challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent, the appellate authority concerned is directed to dispose of the appeal, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
