This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 and 2 in the event of their arrest in SC Spl.No.l26 of 2022 pending on the file of Special Sessions Judge for Trial of SC/ST (POA) Act Cases-cum-Additional Sessions Judge Court at Nalgonda in Crime No.46 of 2022 of Nadigudem Police Station, Suryapet District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned II t Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.
3. On instructions learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the charge sheet is already filed before the Special Court and the same is numbered.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though there is a mention of a notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. being issued to
Crl.Petition No.7140 of 2022 the petitioners in the charge sheet, the police are still calling the petitioners to the police station.
5. In the said circumstances, since the investigation is already complete and charge sheet is filed, there cannot be any apprehension of arrest. The remedy if any the petitioners can seek from the Special Court.
