ORDER

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.573 of 2015 on the file of Neredmet Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, against petitioners/A1 to A3. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the police, after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet against the petitioners/accused and the same was numbered as C.C.No.1524 of 2015 on the file of XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, and therefore, no further orders need be passed in this criminal petition and the criminal petition may be dismissed as infructuous. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
