Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 3 to 5 submits that as on date the respondent-Corporation has not yet taken any decision about the location of bus shelter. In that view of the matter, there is no cause of action for the petitioner in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, this order does not preclude the petitioner to exercise its rights, if any, in future. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
