HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.34848 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner complains inaction in disposing of representations dated 21.09.2015 and 28.09.2015. This Court in writ petition No.2366 of 2016 has considered the order said to have been passed by 3rd respondent cancelling the building permission standing in the name of 7th respondent. The order passed by 3rd respondent is set aside and matter remitted to 3rd respondent for disposal afresh in accordance with law. As time limit is already prescribed in the order in writ petition No.2366 of 2016, no further direction in this behalf is necessary. The District Panchayath Officer is directed to give opportunity to both the parties and pass orders in accordance with law. The writ petition is ordered as indicated above. No order as to costs.
