HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25114 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in contemplating to proceed with the elections of the 3rd respondent cooperative society by kept pending the objections of the petitioners dated 12.07.2019 & 05.11.2019 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Cooperation for the respondents. Learned Government Pleader submits that already election notification was issued on 14.11.2019 and once the election notification is issued ordinarily this Court will not interfere with the election process.

Earlier, the petitioners filed W.P.No.16337 of 2019 and this Court directed to dispose of the objection filed by the petitioners. Now the learned Government Pleader filed a copy of the proceedings dated 16.07.2019 where the objections of the petitioners were considered and disposed of. More so, the election notification issued on 14.11.2019 is also not challenged. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.
