Learned counsel appearing for the appellant hled memo on beha_lf of the appellant and submitted that the dispute between the parties was settled out of the Court through compromise. The Memorandum of Compromise Petition filed under Order 23 R3 C.p.C by both the parties and the Memorandum of Compromise recorded on 14.09.2023 and seeks permission to withdraw the Second Appeal.
