No. 1544 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the judgment dated 22.02.2018 delivered by this Court in W.A. No. 1396 of 2016.

The learned Standing Counsel for Endowments appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submits that the judgment dated 22.02.2018 in W.A.No. 1396 of 2016 has been complied with in letter and spirit vide proceedings dated 01.08.2018 issued by the respondents.

In view of the above, we hereby discharge the respondents from contempt proceedings.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. No order as to costs. It is needless to mention that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the orders passed by the respondents, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
