Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims to be assignee of land to an extent of Ac.3-36 guntas in Sy.No.151/215 situated at Kamalapuram village, Mangapet mandal, Warangal district and his name is mutated in the revenue records and pattadar passbook and title deed was also issued in his favour. After recent updation of land records, 1-B Namuna was also issued. Petitioner alleges that though e-title book dated with Passbook No.T24100010004 was prepared, so far the same is not released. Learned counsel for petitioner contends that based on the photo copy of details furnished, petitioner was also extended with Rhthu-Bandhu Scheme, but for the reasons best known to the authorities, e-title passbook is not released. 3.

From the material placed on record, prima facie it appears that though e-title passbook is ready, for the reasons best known, the same is not issued to the petitioner.

Therefore, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to examine the claim of petitioner in respect of subject land and if the assignment is not cancelled or the subject land is not included in the objection list, the e-title passbook in respect of land admeasuring Ac.3-36 guntas in Sy.No.151/215 situated at Kamalapuram village, Mangapet mandal, Warangal district shall be released in favour of petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
