THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.1943 of 2008 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court in WPMP No.2458 of 2008, the relief sought for in this writ petition is worked out and the amount of arrears of salary has been paid to the petitioner ultimately after a contempt petition filed in CC No.152 of 2009 and, therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the same, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to assail any order passed adverse to him in relation to the subject matter, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
