Petitioner's grievance is that a charge memo has been issued to the petitioner on 03.04.2017 to which the petitioner had submitted explanation on 17.04.2017 but no further action has been taken by the respondents to complete the enquiry.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the respondent will complete the enquiry initiated against the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents to complete the enquiry initiated against the petitioner within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
