JUSTI CE V.RAMASUBRAMANI AN And WRI T PETI TI ON No.30266 of 2017 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition challenging the decision of the university not to permit sliding in mop-up round of counselling for the seats in Categories B & C.

2. Heard Mr. K. Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners have already secured admission in Pratima Institute of Medical Sciences, Karimnagar and Bhaskara Institute of Medical Sciences, Moinabad. They have also paid admission fees.

3. By notification dated 24.08.2017, the 2nd respondent invited candidates for mop-up counselling. But the university did not permit the candidates, who have already taken seats in their colleges to participate in the mop-up round. Aggrieved by such action several students came up with writ petitions before the cut off date, viz., 31.08.2017 and we have passed interim orders in those cases. After having slept for about a week, the petitioners have chosen to come up with the present writ petition, after the entire process of admission is over. Therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioners since admissions to all courses in all colleges including the deemed universities is now over. Hence the writ petition is dismissed.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ V.RAMASUBRAMANI AN, J.
