- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order impugned is transferring the petitioner from the place of his posting to another temple. This Court granted interim order on 21.06.2011 and by virtue of the said interim order the petitioner is continued.

Having regard to the fact that the subject matter of the writ petition is transfer, and that the interim order was granted, learned counsel for the petitioner states that no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the respondents to transfer the petitioner, if he is otherwise due for transfer and in accordance with the transfer procedure applicable to the petitioner's service. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
