Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 28-04-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 28-04-2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
