This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 21.05.2018 passed in E.P.No.3 of 2015 in O.S.No.1 of 2012 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
