HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.5999 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of her complaint, dated 11-02-2015, no action is taken by the 6th respondent. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 11-02-2015 a case in Cr.No.66 of 2015 was registered on 12-02-2015. It is also stated that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 17-03-2015, another case in Cr.No.308 of 2015 was registered on 17-03-2015. It is further stated that the investigation is at the initial stage and basing on the outcome of the investigation, appropriate action will be taken against the accused and that appropriate final report will be filed before the court concerned.

In view of registration of two crimes as aforesaid, no further directions are called for except directing the 6th respondent to complete the investigation and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
