HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.21800 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in entering upon the patta land of the petitioner in Sy.No.134 situated at Kondapur village, Serilingampalli Mandal and digging the land, as illegal and without authority. None appeared for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, basing on the written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal stated that no instructions have been issued by the Office of Tahsildar, Serilingampally, for digging the said land as alleged by the petitioner and that no revenue officials have been involved in such digging of the land and local persons might have dug the land.

In view of the written instructions of the Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition, as the allegation of the petitioner is not correct. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
