This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct respondents Nos.2 and 3 to take action against the 4th respondent for his interference with civil disputes. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is stated in the affidavit that the petitioner executed a will in favour of his grandchildren through his younger son, who is looking after the petitioner, and on that, the elder son and brother-in-law of the petitioner pressurized him to execute another will, for which he refused. While so, the 4th respondent is calling the petitioner to the police station and demanding him to execute another will. The petitioner gave a complaint against the 4th respondent. But no action was taken so far. 4.

Considering facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner more particularly, in any of the civil disputes in respect of the subject property. At the same time, this order will not stand in the way of the above respondents to proceed with the investigation, if any case is registered against the petitioner for cognizable offence."

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
