Sri R.N. Hemanand, learned counsel representing Sri Ravi Kondaveeti, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions submits that the petitioner had retired from service and hence, he does not wish to press the relief sought for in the present writ petition.

In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Interim order granted by this Court on 08.02.2016 shall stand vacated. No order as to costs. 3.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
