ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 26.9.2014, of the Company Law Board, Chennai Bench at Chennai in Company Petition No.46 of 2010 and also order, dated 20.7.2015, of this Court in Contempt Case No.522 of 2015. The petitioner has filed memo, dated 03.02.2016, seeking withdrawal of the Contempt Case.

At the hearing, Ms. Divya, learned counsel representing the petitioner, reiterated the contents of the

said memo.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
