Mayur Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, on advance notice, submits that the judgment dated 19.02.2018 in W.A.No. 285 of 2018 delivered by this Court, is being considered and shall be complied with in letter and spirit within a period of four weeks.

In view of the above submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
