THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.1134 of 2011 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Section 100 CPC aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 24.06.1994 in A.S.No.75 of 1988 on the file of the Court of Subordinate Judge, Kovvur, whereby whereunder the learned Judge reversed the judgment and decree dated 28.06.1988 in O.S.No.321 of 1983 passed by the First Additional District Munsif, Kovvur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the second appeal.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
