Heard.

Complaining of wrongful entries in the revenue records, the petitioner filed a complaint before the 1st respondent-District Collector, Visakapatnam District in September, 2015. It appears that the 1st respondent called for a report from the 2nd respondent, who inturn called for a report from the 3rd respondent and under Ex.P-1 the report was sent by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent by marking a copy thereof to the 1st respondent. It appears, therefore, that the issue is presently seized of by the 1st respondent herein. Since the petitioner complains of inaction, it is appropriate to direct the 1st respondent to examine the petitioner's grievance in the light of the reports sent by respondents 2 and 3 and issue appropriate directions in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
