This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.110 of 2017 from the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada, Krishna District, and transfer the same to the file of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Courts at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
