HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.25038 OF 2019 ORDER(ORAL) :

Sri S. Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition in view of the rejection order passed by the Commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, dated 13.11.2019, a copy of which is served on him, by Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, and to that effect he has also made an endorsement on the case file.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at the admission stage itself, with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh writ petition challenging the aforesaid rejection order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
