THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29961 OF 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned notice issued by the 2nd respondent vide No.C1/259(1)/13-RM:NZB, dated 21.06.2013.

At the time of admission on 11.10.2013, this Court granted interim order which reads as follows;

"In the light of the interim order granted in a similar matter WP.No.24668 of 2013, there shall be an interim direction to the APSRTC to consider the bus of the petitioner bearing registration No.AP 25 V 6245 in terms of the note appended to Clause-10 of the tender floated in October, 2007 and as per its own circular instructions. The decision in this regard shall be taken forthwith. Pending such exercise, the APSRTC shall continue to operate petitioner's bus."

Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondentCorporation submits that as per the interim order the petitioner's bus was replaced and as such nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
