HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22179 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police are interfering with the civil disputes regarding Crawford Memorial Hospital including its properties of 40 shops, situated at NTR Statue at Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on 21.06.2018 one Vidyakar came to the police station and gave complaint stating that some persons are not vacating their shops and requested the respondent police to take over those shops by conducting panchanama; that the same was also entered in general diary on the same day; that as the said complaint was found civil in nature the said Vidyakar was advised to approach concerned court. It is also stated that the petitioner was working as Doctor at Crawford Memorial Hospital, Vikarabad and the said Vidyakar is Development Committee Member, Vikarabad, Methodist Church; and that as there was dispute between them the petitioner approached the Court. It is also stated that they never called the petitioner to the police station nor interfering with the civil disputes. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
